I am an Irish Architecture graduate, with a Masters degree from Università IUAV di Venezia, having previously graduated my bachelor’s degree from Dublin School of Architecture TUD.
I am a co-founder of the West Cork Architecture Network [WeCAN] a recently formed Research Platform, funded by the Irish Arts Council. The intention of WeCAN to celebrate and advance the architecture of rural Ireland through active community engagement.
I am a co-founder of the Institute of Peidilogical Research [IPR] A collective focusing on space making through walking. Aiming to question the basic assumption at the foundations of spatial practice, using walking as the tool for research and escaping from the normative productive cycles.
I have had multiple experiences working in the Venice Biennale, ranging from, design, construction, maintenance, and deconstruction of exhibition spaces.
And have extensive experience with the design and construction of pavilions, with experience tutoring workshops for EASA and other organizations.
When not thinking about architecture, I enjoy experiencing art and painting in my spare time. While also cooking and caring for plants :)
